SMS opt-in — Add your number

Representative Number Harbor iOS UI for Twilio A2P 10DLC review. End users consent to receive SMS/text messages from Number Harbor before continuing the port.

Operator / brand: Number Harbor is operated by EV Outlet Pro LLC.

How end-users consent: In the Number Harbor mobile app only (not keyword opt-in). Port wizard Step 1 of 5 (“Add your number”). The user enters their 10-digit US phone number and must affirmatively check two boxes that are not pre-selected. The user cannot continue until the phone field is complete and both checkboxes are selected. Consent is recorded with a timestamp when they proceed.
